Originally came in to get a quote on repairing a 22 year old Seadoo and walked out 2 weeks later with a much newer and updated Seadoo. The entire experience from needing service repairs to coming to the decision to purchase a Seadoo was made easy and facilitated by the Owner Orion and several of his staff. Everyone I came in contact with from service department to checkout were gregarious and helpful.

Customer service done right. I've been having factory/first generation issues with my motorcycle. Recently had a serious issues that I thought was going to cancel last minute made plans for a long trip. Being a first generation owner often means working out the bug the engineers don't realize can happen on paper. As a result, parts often take around a week to get in as it's unreasonable to expect the shop to keep these in stock, regardless of how many the sell. Sales and maintenance shined getting my issues fixed in a phenomenal effort that took the whole crew (from top to bottom) to pull off. They understand that first generation issues can be frustrating for owners, especially when there are multiple. I can't say the will expedite repairs for everyone (as that's not humanly possible nor feasible personnel or business wise), but when it comes down to brass tacks and they will always do the right thing, and if possible, go that extra mile. This is why I do business with Orion's, not just for service and maintenance, but riding gear as well.

These guys are classy, I called by accident the wrong shop and Im from out of state. Even though they didnt sell the machine to me, he helped me trouble shoot a problem that Ive been super frustrated with. His instructions totally helped and I found the electrical problem on my machine. If I lived in Florida Id by stuff there. He had no incentive to help me but spent the time anyways, Id say that means these guys love what they do first and sell second.

So far a very good experience. The owner was really helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of gear as well. Looking into buying a motorcycle from there possibly. There cruiser selection (what I saw) is minimal, but they have a decent selection of sportier looking bikes and even some trikes. Definitely worth a check out if you're in the market.
